July 16, 2022 - Yellow color. Melon nose. Medium bodied. Apple and lemon flavors. Smooth finish. This was a surprise because 2006 was a difficult year and I had little hope of it being good.

September 25, 2015 - Light yellow, hints of green. Drinking well. Oak fully integrated. Some green apple, bits of more tropical fruit. Decent acidity. Refreshing mineral streak.Fine body and luscious texture. Fairly long. Great balance now, excellent wine.

May 4, 2012 - Niepoort Tasting - Day 1 (Seattle): Smokey nose. Very smooth. Nice wine. Very "polite". Almost like a Rhone white. I still believe that this is the weakest of the Niepoort Redoma Reservas. Still quite good.
