August 10, 2023 - Purchased six bottles at the winery based on tasting. Decanted the first three and they just seemed disjointed. The most recent bottle was double decanted and consumed at a local sushi restaurant. This time around the wine was silky on the palate and the fruit was delicate and pleasant to consume.
