January 20, 2021 - Earthy and surprisingly high tannins for a pinot. Relatively little fruit notes. Low acid. Drinkable with food (paired with Moroccan takeout), but would not recommend for sipping unaccompanied. May develop a bit with time, but lacks the structure for long aging.
