Community Tasting Notes 1

October 24, 2020 - The wine looks crimson purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. The nose is reluctant earthy blackberry and plum. It is medium bodied with tannins provide a dry somewhat sharp leather texture. The taste is plum skin, fresh not quite ripe blackberries, notes of sage, black pepper. It probably tasting nicely now if allowed to breath for a few hours (we did not) or continue cellaring for 2 to 5 more years.
