  September 11, 2022 - Hawaii Vacation; 8/29/2022-9/19/2022 (Lahaina, Maui): 100% Chardonnay, from Avize-Oger. Lemon-yellow; aromatic, tart lemon-lime with a bit of lemon pith; medium bodied, medium-plus acidity, nice vibrant mousse, some stone fruits, but overall lemon-dominant, clean, limited brioche and breadiness, medium alcohol; medium to medium-minus length. Still showing perhaps a touch less length than Savart-produced champagnes (even entry level), but a well made champagne and enjoyable to drink. A tad better than my last bottle. 89

  March 31, 2022 - I like this much more than the Éphémère 005. I’m a sucker for undosed champagne This is blanc de Blanc as well. This just has a delicacy and cohesiveness the 005 did not. Fine mousse as always from Savart. It is not especially flavorful in fruit. Mostly leesy, giving off lemon pith and some dryness on the finish. But it’s refreshing. 89-90.
