May 8, 2024 - PnP. Under natural cork. Deep dark purple. The nose leaps from the glass, it’s spicy and black-fruited with a good dose of farmyard / gamey undertones. The palate is fresh, a bit too high in acidity but still very tasty and working well with food. Long warm finish.
