August 31, 2023 - Pop and pour, Drunk over two nights.
A fresh, clean, and lively nose with fresh peas, cucumber, rocks, and spring herbs. Light to mid weighted, filigree fine and mouthwateringly fresh on the palate. A delightful, delicious refreshing wine complicated enough to keep you attention yet still gulpably delicious.As good or better on day two. Well done!1 person found this helpful Comment -

February 1, 2023 - Popped and poured at 40 degrees F. White pepper, floral, a bit of stone fruit and citrus on the nose. Medium + acidity on the palate . Medium mouthfeel . Citrus comes through on the finish. Paired with a dish with udon noodles , tofu, and asparagus . It was a good pairing .

January 8, 2023 - A lively fresh nose with peas, cucumber, some briny saline notes, salad herbs and subtle florals On the palate it's lithe, detailed, and mouthwateringly fresh. Another lvovely version of this wine. Delightful. 92

October 5, 2022 - Popped and poured at 40 degrees F. The white pepper character shows through on the nose and palate . Great pairing with potato /dill/asparagus soup.

August 21, 2022 - heavily reduced at first, oily, petrol notes and gruner savory white pepper tones, but the brown juicing that this produces uses for complexity and longevity didnt show through, two days later the remaining 1/2 bottle of this wine was tired, oxidized, with just apple cider notes.
