  February 20, 2024 - Very good wine. However, the plastic on the bottle makes it not recyclable. Also the plastic makes getting into the bottle extremely difficult.

  April 4, 2023 - Much more "2019" than Chablis to me, this is a rich and yummy wine, just maybe/ barely showing its bright mineral Chablis-ness at the very finish. I'd cellar a bit longer to if more Chablis emerges.

  January 15, 2023 - Pale straw color.
  
  Complex aromatics of lemon, lime, starfruit, pear, green apple, chalk, and oak.
  
  Light to medium bodied balanced fruit and acidity. Excellent wine and good value.

  February 12, 2022 - This one tastes like a Chablis. Very green and acidic. Significant variance from the first bottle.
