February 23, 2022 - Whoa, a beast of a wine after 18 years. Black cherry and black berry fruit which some great balance to it. Bold notes of black licorice, tobacco, earth, dark chocolate, spice, and toasty oak. Good acidity, firm tannins, and long finish. Really nice right now and typical HM profile.

September 4, 2018 - Good red and black fruit... 30 to 40 second finish. Not going downhill any time soon. Wish I had more.

August 20, 2016 - It's all there! Can drink now or go another 5 years.

June 15, 2016 - Still showing a nice, bright lively color and a earthy aromatic nose. With some air the wine opens up nicely. on the palate, dark purple fruit, black cherry, blackberry, cassis, tobacco, tar, and earthy funk and eucalyptus notes. All in all, a very decent Cabernet that has some life ahead of it, I like it. 92 Points.

May 22, 2016 - Took about 45 minutes to open up but was wonderful after that. The wine is definitely showing signs of being past its age. Drink it up in the next 6 months if you have any.
