January 22, 2024 - Deep, youthful colour, somewhere between purple and crimson red. Powerful, fruit-savoury nose: stewed prunes, cherries, espresso coffee and beeswax candles. A prickle of tannin still holds silky red fruit in check on the palate; this one is built for the long-haul.

Lots of oak, lots of vanilla and a hint of woodsmoke on the long finish.

December 15, 2023 - Nose:Vanilly, black frut, plum, blackberry. Taste dark nice frut, deep earth tone, chalky tanin. Balanced acidity, long finish, after some time wine gummy nose, very enjoyable and i am a wine noob. first pinotage(mi friend says banana candy but i dont agree)

October 6, 2023 - Eye: deep dark purple. Nose: earthy, plums, berries, slight smoke hint. Palate: well balanced acidity and fruit, solid structure, medium+ tannins, long finish. Beautiful Pinotage

September 6, 2023 - Beautifully strikes a balance between warm- and cool-climate Pinotage. It has the slightest black smoke to give typicity of the grape, while everything is integrated and balanced. The fruit is intense, blue and black fruit that is livened by the acid, and a mild amount of oak to frame the ripe fruit. M+ ripe fine-grained tannins are slightly and pleasantly chewy. Could be confused with a cooler-climate Syrah, such as areas of Santa Barbara County. Excellent wine.

July 16, 2023 - Pitch dark in the glass. Intense nose of plums, mulberries, and vanilla. Great acidity, some mineral notes, deep, intense plums and blackberries; mulberries too, with notes of forest floor coming out and some white pepper. Chalky tannins, medium++ finish with lingering fruits and some oaky notes. A very good wine if young - very enjoyable as PnP.
