July 31, 2023 - Final btl. Still very primary: soft melon, salt, lime. On the palate: fantastic acidity, stone, salt, grapefruit and melon. Very good, and an elegant soft finish.

August 29, 2021 - Pop and pour. Paired with pasta with asparagus, peas, some parmesan and a good dose of red pepper flakes...this held up admirably. Not much to add to my last note otherwise.

February 2, 2021 - Not nearly as refined as the Cuvee Sophie blanc, but still very good. On the nose: waxy, sweet, golden apple, soft herbs, honeycomb, yum. On the palate: a soft kiss of RS, fantastic acidity, pink grapefruit, lending soft bitterness, and honeyed density. A touch short on the finish, but certainly can hold up to.spicier fare...mushroom pizza was an ok pairing.
