November 27, 2021 - Decanted for three hours. This wine is not about the transparency of place, as much as it is stunning fruit and a deft hand at winemaking. Compared in ways to Anderson Conn, Sine Qua Non cuvées and Grange, yet, this is of one vineyard. Blueberries, coconut meat, vanilla, braised steak, dried mushroom and Umeke tea. Full, glorious and extracted…but not too much so. There’s some percolating aspects as well, which help balance out what is a fine, fine palate; the tannins are of layered microfiber, and sweet. Still a bit primal, I would cellar another three years, then study for many. Yes. The bottle IS an edifice. Exceptional Cabernet and Monastrell. Drink 2025 - 3037.

April 10, 2021 - Complex and layered. Great balance of tannins and fruit. Would make a wonderful pairing with a Cajun ribeye. More blackberry notes. Amazing

April 4, 2021 - Delicious pop and pour. Purple color, long legs, silky smooth on tongue, with a long lasting finish. Great balance of fruit, earth, and flora. Happy Easter!
