December 16, 2023 - Sure that score would have been much higher in 15 years. However, personality is clear now and both initial flavors of violet, red berry fruits and cooked plum at the end are more and more evident.

December 27, 2012 - Slightly subdued but overall delivered - lots of sour cherry fruit in a fairly austere structure - improved through the evening

July 4, 2007 - Pretty dark ruby color. Aromatically, this shows closed, but with some air, cherry, tree bark and rainy forest (damp earth) smells make an appearance. Focused red fruit profile that is laced with some earthy truffle and a hint of spice on the finish. Very good, but I suspect too early to judge definitively.
