May 14, 2021 - Clear, med intensity, pale lemon with mono-wall of tears med speed
Clean, med intensity, developing, with aromas of green apples, green gages, honey and some biscuity notes.
Dry, med- body, med- alcohol, with a long finish. Light acidity, and further tastes of Granny Smiths, lemon, lime, gooseberry and quince with a hint of nutmeg. Delicious and great potential for ageing.
