August 24, 2020 - Tasted blind. This seemed to be over the hill with caramel and VA on the nose. The palate had a hint of fruit, but that's about it.

February 10, 2012 - Medium ruby in color with some red fruit and briary nose. Nicely balanced with some fruit and pepper notes. A medium finish without much wood but still very pleasant. I agree with the "drinkable window" but f you have one likely still drinkable
