August 28, 2021 - A little smoky and reductive at first, but it opens up beautifully with air. This is one of my favorite styles: herbal, earthy, ethereal, just the tiniest bit sweet. Diverse citrus juice and pith notes, wild herbs, white flowers... tense and nervy, just a hint of soothing sweetness. Delicate and quite herbal. Lovely!
