October 14, 2021 - De wijn is donkerrood richting paars van kleur. Rijk bouquet in de neus. De smaak is vol, tamelijk complex een zuurtje en ook iets bitters maar in balans.
Heb hier lasagne bij gegeten wat op zich prima kan. Maar ik denk dat een combinatie met een zuidelijk pastagerecht met wild echt mooi zou kunnen zijn.
