Medium minus intensity aromas of earthy, slightly sour red fruits, a little biscuit, forest floor, mushrooms cream with time. Medium plus intensity acidity is sour, cranberry fruit is quite sharp and a little muted, a touch of wet stone and cellar stink, talc textured tannins are quire drying.
I went with left bank Bordeaux from the early 80's e.g. 81 or 83"
