July 2, 2023 - The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, apple, apple blossom and peony. It tastes like lemon, apple blossom, honeysuckle, almond and honey. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

December 3, 2022 - Rich, round mouth feel. Fairly waxy texture. Honeysuckle, baked pear aromas and flavors. Ripe at 14.5% ABV. Tasty.
