June 25, 2023 - PnP, and just sipped. Really good, great QPR

June 22, 2023 - I enjoyed the wine but also thought that it I’d opened it to early. It had a plushness and a richness that was almost surprising. However the wine needs more time. I thought the wine lacked balance and the palate was dominated by the fruit. At this stage the fruit was very lifted and I thought a little overly assertive with strong riper characters prevailing

February 20, 2023 - Solid 91... Had this by the glass at San Morello in Detroit and it paired nicely with the squid ink pasta I ordered. Round and opulent in the glass with long legs and a terrific mouth feel, medium acidity. On the nose and palate you get ripe red & dark fruits combined with a nice freshness. Not super complex but doesn't need to be, easy to drink now but could probably last another year or two and still be enjoyable. Terrific wine to serve with dinner to a large party. I really liked it. Wine Searcher says you can get this for around $25.00 and for that price I will pick some up for everyday Italian meals at the house.

October 2, 2022 - Maybe just a little too tight and light on fruit, at $50 it’s overpriced.

February 28, 2022 - Vibrant, low tannin wine with notes of cherry, blackberry and dark fruit.
