June 7, 2023 - bright ruby and light- to medium-bodied. forest floor and mushroom notes mingle with the dark cherry aromas in the nose. it's gentle on the attack, with very good acidity lifting the fruit flavours of sour cherries and raspberries. anise spice accents accompany the earthy notes and lead to a moderate finish where the fruit regains brightness.
seemingly made for young drinking. while showing some complexities it is without the structure for further development… so drink up.
13.2% AbV; appellation blend from various vineyards in the west Sonoma Coast -
