Community Tasting Notes 1

January 14, 2009 - Bright garnet. Smells higher in alc than the '98. Fruit forward, strong, brandy. On palate, big fruit, cherry and raspberrry. Balanced acid but hot on palate and finish. Appealing, integrated fruit flavor with some oak influence. Charming but nothing subtle abt. it.
