    August 26, 2021 - WTSO special.

    Color. Straw yellow.

Nose... Lemon curd. Toasted oak. Faint caramel. White flowers. Sweet vanilla.

Palate. Medium bodied and full of punch. Apples and pineapple. Rich toasted oak. A little tannin.

This wine is deep and full of excitement. The nose is the best part. It's multidimensional with fruit, spices, and oak. It's a little short on the finish, less than 15 seconds. Overall it's well worth the $25 from WTSO.
