  April 27, 2024 - It is a mingling effect (Mingles , Seoul): By the glass as part of their signature pairing at Mingles , Seoul.
  Bright and energetic , firm and a pretty aperitif, light on the aromatics but with a nice clean palate feel. Good but just lacked the special side. 90

  March 29, 2023 - Apple pie in the nose. Quite strong, lovely acidity, also nicely creamy.

  September 16, 2021 - Day 1: Well constructed champagne — clean crisp focused, but too harsh for my taste — lots of acid and some reductive notes (and some mineral) in a classic less-ripe non dosage style. 88 points
  
  Day 2: (stored overnight in fridge with champagne stopper) Increasing my rating to 90 — the night with some oxygen smoothed out the reductive notes and gave it a fun vanilla cake note on the nose and finish that balances with the acid and turns the whole experience from harsh to fun and balanced. “Balanced” isn’t quite right because there’s a lot of tension between the vanilla cake and the harsh acid — they’re competing but the fight is evenly matched. Nervy? Exciting?
