July 1, 2022 - Pale gold in colour. Nose of apple, pear, toast, cheese rind and honeysuckle. Apple, pear, minerals, toast, pear, honey and white cherry on the palate. Dry and medium-bodied with medium-plus acidity. Medium-plus effervescence with a medium-plus, crisp, fruity and yeasty finish.
