April 28, 2024 - Back on form here. These are quite custardy at the moment, having moved on from the lemon curd phase. Some citrus, but a real passion fruit/guava/pineapple finish with some interesting bitter herbs just tingling in the background. Still lots of energy, this is brilliant with pork.

March 21, 2024 - A bit of a dud here - everything was muted and rather flat. Lacked the richness, depth, and intensity of other bottles. Perhaps I had too high hopes on where this would go.

March 5, 2022 - This bottle was singing. White stone fruits flecked with citrus zest, cream, and hints of dried hay. Touches of richness, but really rapier like acidity. Lots of energy and intensity in this bottle. I really think these have a lot of potential in them.

October 30, 2021 - This must be the steal of the century - was on offer in Leclerc for EUR 3. Pinging citrus, but with some real fat on the palate - think lemon curd. This evolves into a more stone fruit direction with flashes of flowers and steely minerality. All throughout, however, is a rather custardy dimension. That tension just dances in the mouth. Really looking forward to seeing how these evolve.
