  February 15, 2024 - Beautiful bouquet with white fruits and butter. On the palate a very tasty wine, some pepper, butter, good acidity and full bodied.

  October 29, 2023 - Shiny yellow gold with green tint. Citrus, tangerine, unripe tropical fruits, apricot, white flowers, cream, honey, and minerality. Medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, medium alcohol. Fresh and crisp. Good complexity with layers (kudos to winemaker), but wines from this grape lacked tension and class. Medium finish.
  
  If tasted blind, I would have guessed this were a dry chenin blanc due to the taste profile, except the acidity was not as high as chenin blanc. Very well made, and good value for a bottle from Villaine. I would drink them up over the next few years while they are still fresh and crisp.

  July 27, 2023 - PnP served non-blind. SB5784's note is spot on. I'll add that this was as good if not a half notch better after a night in the fridge. Just joyous. recommended, now and the next several years.
