March 29, 2024 - Pnp at restaurant. Very polished, rich dark fruit but not overripe. Almost a bit lactic on the palate. My wife said it tasted almost like Bdx, and while I don’t necessarily agree, I see where she is coming from

Sexy og elegant som få klarer å matche.
Rødfrukten og parfymen spruter ut av glasset.
Silkeføre hele veien med lush dyp frukt.
Konsentrert, fresh og balansert.
Drikker som en Gud nå.
Lang smooth finish med de fineste tanniner.
En fin struktur som holder det hele på plass.

November 6, 2022 - Miscellaneous Wines from Beaune and Chablis; 11/6/2022-11/10/2022: At Hostellerie de Levernois. Deep red color. Floral and menthol aromas right out of the gate; the green gives way to more spice later. Elegant, medium weight and what a gorgeous soil kissed texture. A pure beam of cherry that is carried forward by cranberry acidity rather than the fine tannins. This is just beautiful, unadulterated Burgundy-what more can you say? Outstanding now, even better in 10 or 15 years.

March 12, 2022 - Grand Cru Portfolio Tasting (3/9 Grand Cru Portfolio Tasting, NYC): Less plush fruit than Vosne. Palate has a plush texture nevertheless, oodles of dark fruit, just so good!
