Community Tasting Notes 3

September 1, 2023 - I loved this wine of red fruit, good acid and balanced tannin. There was cedar or tobacco which paired nicely with the fennel sausage and sautéed cabbage on noodles. Nice black pepper.

July 28, 2023 - A red blend wine (mostly from Blaufränkisch grapes) from the Finger Lakes region in upper New York State. Light to medium floral notes of red fruits, light to medium bodied and a somewhat dissapointing finish, made this wine less than ordinary. The wine lacked character and complexity.

January 9, 2022 - very interesting wine started rather dull but open into various tastes as it sat open..vanilla..earth..red fruit..and a very nice licorice finish
