December 25, 2023 - Drank over four days. A slightly cloudy, deep ruby in the glass. Opens up with silage, a touch of black pepper, some black shoe polish, crushed violets, and wild brambles. In stark contrast to the nose - which is dark and deep - the palate is weightless with a cherry sherbet quality, a bitter hint of ash, and black plum skin. There’s a raw, untamed edge to this wine that that I really respect.

August 26, 2023 - Could probably use a little more time. There is elegance with that volcancic salinity. Good, but maybe better with more age.

February 20, 2023 - another bottle that is practically undrinkable from the brett/fizz

December 8, 2022 - A bit reductive, but comes to life after 15 minutes or so.
Coherent wine. Purple. For me, Its rocks all the way, starting on the nose. Spicy palate with rather intens pepper on day one. Like a Greek Xynomavro. Some tart cherries at the end. I think also the natural winemaking contributes to the rockyness. Cornelissen comes to mind, of course sharing the vulcanic terroir, but I have found this pottery quality, wich I appreciate elsewhere in non-volcanic ones. Confused and enjoying

December 2, 2022 - Inviting - much softer than the nose might have you believe
