May 12, 2024 - PNP. Cork perfect. Two years in the cellar has been kind here. Color remains straw and youthful. Nose showing mostly lime and lemon rind. Swishing shows creamy acidity w no rasp now. Sipping shows great flavor but a little thinness that i associate w trocken wines. There is a confected fruit quality here that i enjoy very much. Finish is med length and juicy. I opened one of these a few nights ago and thought it might be starting to show age but this bottle is perfect. Same case… Same cellar conditions … Opened three days apart… Go figure.

December 31, 2022 - Aromas billow from the glass, this is spectacular: apricot, apple jelly, lemon, lime, orange, honeysuckle, freesia, mint, sage... silky and smooth on the palate, acid is gentle and integrated, ripe fruit caresses and coats, subtle pithy and herbal nuance grip lightly. This has intensity and finesse, as well as uncommon complexity for a "village" wine. It's in a great spot, and I don't see it improving much, but it will surely be worth following many years. Yes please, and thank you so very much, this is such a pleasure.

January 18, 2022 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color straw. Nose has apricots with orange and lemon candy accents. Swishing shows only acid structure which is mostly creamy but there is a little rasp. Sipping shows light body and easy Riesling flavors. Easy to enjoy and no expectations for long life but there is nothing to preclude that.
