March 7, 2022 - Nuanced flavours of citrus, apple, and little char. The fruit is on the riper side, but this is very nicely balanced with great acidic backbone. Excellent food wine - paired with chicken on night 1 and salmon on night 2. Drinking well right now, and has enough fruit to last at least 5 years.
