June 22, 2023 - Pale Garnet. Nose has cherry, mushroom, and some floral. Palate is just acid, some of the aromas try to come through but its all over powered by the out of balance acidity. 1 dimensional with a short finish. There are much better Langhe Nebbiolo at this price point

April 29, 2023 - Deep red in the glass. Some floral elements on the nose also some cherry. Zesty acidity in the mouth almost overpowering... Lots of sour cherries. Body is medium. Shortish finish.

Nothing wrong with this wine. Slightly out of balance - acidity is so forward. Pretty one dimensional. I think there are better options at this price point... Paitin Starda, Giovanni Rosso.

April 15, 2022 - Off the list at Cotton & Rye in Savannah. This is a particularly good friendly wine. Went nicely with shrimp and grits and a burger and well with a pasta (the later the most expected). It’s fresh and crisp and reminds me of fruit that is almost a touch crunchy it’s so bright. More one dimensional. Easy to drink.

April 15, 2022 - Medium body, transparent cherry color. Intense aroma of wild fruits, flowers, truffles and tar. Classical Nebbiolo palate, strawberry and cranberry complemented by juicy acidity, muscular tannins and fresh finish of good length. Complex, balanced, silky and easy drinking. Food friendly, well pairing to risotto ai funghi. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open one hour ahead. Drink now while young and next five years.
