August 9, 2023 - Ripe white fruits and oak on the nose. Bitterness from the oak tannins and minerals balance the abundant fruit. The immense dry extract hides the acidity but this is very fresh and vibrant despite all the fruit. Needs time to absorb the oak.

June 6, 2023 - It is surprisingly ready and well-balanced when PnP, and gets even better with air.
It has pleasant nutty and sesame notes, with a hint of buttery and floral notes, which is very true to BM character.
