Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Ben Christiansen wrote:

October 11, 2023 - Lots of cinnamon and spice on the nose. Tart on the palate, tangy. On day two. Maybe not showing the best.

  • Pinot Peter Likes this wine:

August 24, 2021 - Excellent young pinot. Tasting of dark fruit primarily cherry, tannins are moderate but linger on the palate, good acidity, easy drinking but to young. This will fill out with a few of cellaring and pay huge dividends with some patients!
