July 5, 2023 - Chez Comice à Paris. Excellent, très mûr, sans toutefois l'éclat et la fraicheur d'autres cuvées du même domaine.

July 7, 2022 - Took some time to unwind. Pretty aromatics, bright berry, green stems. Palate is unyielding and searching for focus. Plenty of substance- earth, dark berry, cranberry, but not in harmony tonight.

April 29, 2022 - cork pulled at 2:30. Decanted at 4. Finally got around to a glass at 9. Spice, rose and loads of berry on the nose, it’s delicious from the first sip. Wonderful deep berry fruit with nice ripe sweetness, good acid, a long finish. Perfectly balanced on the tongue, pure deliciousness.

March 9, 2022 - Grand Cru Portfolio Tasting (3/9 Grand Cru Portfolio Tasting, NYC): Nose is a sweet tangy mineral, with smoky cherry, and is that talc (or is that someone standing next to me with laundry aromas)? Palate is a supple affair with a bit of a dill pickle herbaceous entry; this is likely stems. The palate attack feels gentle, a bit dilute but in a pleasant way. Clay and a bit of funk on late retronasal finish. Impressive.
