December 30, 2023 - Two hour double decant. Very very deep, intense magenta color. Cranberry, raspberry, powdered sugar, poppyseed, Ribena, and subtle chocolate malt. Dry, creamy palate. Full, lower intensity tannins on the longish finish.
This is getting too confectionery and fruit forward for a Pinot (for my palate), which is saying something. It’s youthful and I expect some evolution into something more balanced. Had with Decanting Queen and our spouses at a fun, new tapas place (Elia in Bryan, TX).5 people found this helpful Comments (3) -

November 5, 2023 - Velvety smooth with loads of red and black fruit and a long black tea finish. Rich and concentrated, but also elegant with perfectly balanced acidity. Very complex and complete. Fantastic now but will continue to improve. Delicious!!! Everyone loved this.

July 24, 2023 - PnP for 2 hours. Didn't take enough notes. This is in my top 5 Pinots I've ever had: long finish and lots of candied complexity framed by brighter red fruits. 95-96
