March 25, 2022 - Mosaïque en Côte de Beaune - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Palais des Congrès - Beaune): Walk around tasting. As rich as Derrière Chez Edouard, the fruit comes across as the star here, whereas it co-stars with the textures in the previous wine.
