June 5, 2022 - Post MW Bordeaux Tasting: Graphite, black cherry and bramble and smoke elements. Palate is more elegant than I thought it would be from the nose, has a pretty side to tit and the structure is there but doesn't dominate. Very good!

Surprisingly approachable. Plum and dark cherry. Good depth on the medium weight palate, with some mid-palate tartness. Fine tannins. Should have some upside with age. -

February 18, 2022 - Burgundy With Raymond Blake (67 Pall Mall, London): Red fruits and ashtray define the nose. Raspberry and sweet red cherry ride on silty tannins and a clear and clean acidity. A very clean and long finish of toasted notes provides a winning coda. This is delicious.
