July 12, 2011 - (at Le Select Bistro – Toronto) Turned out very nicely. Light rose red color. Good fruit and balanced flavors that show the depth of the vintage yet remain precise. No real complexity, but for the price, was not expecting much. Very drinkable. (88)

November 12, 2010 - Everything I like about burgundy. Equal parts dark red fruit and earth. Starts with cranberry, cherry then transitions to an earthy mid palate and finishes with rhubarb and a mouth drying tartness. Perfect pairing with grilled whole red snapper, fennel, and potatoes.
