  August 31, 2023 - This is the '19, a year later and so fucking sick. The berries elements are upfront and just play on the nose with the Volnay vibes underneath. Hinting at savory and exotic cosplay but never crossing the liminal zone. So beautiful.

  November 2, 2022 - DG18, NV with base vintage 2015. Quite oxidative in the nose with red fruit, oak and quite a bit of oxidative Sherry aromas. A bit too much actually making this a Champagne of an acquired taste I must say. I clearly prefer the Rosé de Saigné of Larmandier-Bernier to this.

  October 30, 2022 - Second bottle I had. This one showed way better than the first. The first time I was almost reminded of a pet nat. Perhaps was flawed? Very juicy and delicious. High on complexity and interest as well

  Definitely feel the age vs bottle a couple weeks ago. Still beautiful with umami Nam pla and tropical soil elements backing 2nd level fruits. A little strawberry ferment. Lots of base ends up making this very vinous. We argued Pommard vs Volnay and there is definitely the structure of the former. I miss the freshness from the 19 but still an amazing Champagne.
