December 14, 2023 - Practically perfect in every way. A highlight of our annual holiday party. Tiny bubbles go on forever, wonderful bright crisp finish.

July 26, 2023 - Pronounced toast and yeast aromas, immediately quite powerful. Lots of bubbles. Soft but crisp flavors to match the aromas. Perfectly enjoyable now.

A somewhat nondescript champagne, but with balanced dosage (whatever regime it was). Drinks at a level comparable to something like the Bereche Brut Reserve, but then I looked up the price of this.
