March 13, 2023 - Nose: Green apples, lime, smoke, sea.
Palate: Medium-high body with a lot of green fruit. Good concentration with sea minerals and salt. Earthy notes developing through. Long finish.
Note: Opened up after half an hour in decanter. Paired it with french onion soup. Turned out to be an excellent food pairing. Storage pontential.1 person found this helpful Comment
