October 14, 2023 - 2 hour decant. Nose: earthy, blackberries, cinnamon, oak spices, strawberries. Palate: red fruits, pepper, damp earth, charred oak, medium + acidity, medium + tannins, tangy cherry fruit and spice finish.

August 24, 2023 - Uncork the bottle 1 hour in advance. It is 15.5% alcohol but drinkong very soft. Delicious blackberries, plums, cherries. Well balanced. The condition will improve with longer breathing time.
