    March 20, 2023 - Minerally classic Reisling

July 30, 2021 - A year can sometimes be a long time in wine. When previously tasting this at the cellar door I thought it was a purer, slightly drier expression of Nick’s Überblanc. But tonight we have white flowers, Meyer lemon, developing colour and subtle mandarin, with good mouthfeel from time on lees and a hint of phenolics. This is still very much Nick’s Riesling, but you get the feeling the vintage has allowed the Tamar fruit to shine. 12.5% ABV.
