  February 16, 2024 - Good stuff, however, we gave it plenty of air beforehand, and it still improved over the evening. I think this needs a few more years to mellow out.

  December 8, 2023 - Light lemon flesh in color
  Stone fruit nose, Some tropical fruit notes off the nose.
  Loads of salinity. Acidity is bracing. Lemon zest. Medium plus finish. The Wine has progressed nicely. Drinking perfectly but will hold for five years or so.
  Great price point. Case worthy. Love this wine.
  
  Sushi for dinner today. Christmas lunch with mom. A good day.
  
  Smoked a Perdomo after the wine.

  August 12, 2023 - Terrific concentration and intensity of fruit here, with notes of Meyer lemon, Mandarin orange, and Palisades peach leading the way. Hints of nutty oak, salted butter, and Honeydew melon weave in. Maybe a skosh of matchstick too, and enough acidity to keep it moving. An absolute pleasure to drink.

  July 8, 2023 - Aromas of fresh lemon, white nectarine and pineapple. As time passes, floral elements like jasmine are revealed.
  
  Medium body, there is a feel of density on the palate. The wine has a harmonious balance between its rich fruit flavors, its mineral elements, the oak influence and its refreshing acidity.
  
  As far as i am concerned, this is a wine of remarkable quality, on the expensive side of the spectrum, but it’s worth every penny of its price !!
