September 17, 2022 - Grivault has been delivering solid wines without over-oaked notes and this one promises to be Ben better in a year or two. The pre-mox/taste race drove me to try this early— the tropical notes and buttery undertones were not yet sufficiently developed. So for now hints of lemon, tropical fruit and nice acid balance, but too early.

June 6, 2022 - This was such a surprise, brought by WG and this was so fruit driven, open and just superb. It had that crisp freshness and showed off lots of white crisp white fruits pears apples and sweet white peaches. I have to get more.

January 8, 2022 - Crystalline light gold in color. The nose is shy. Slightly reduced. The palate is loaded with vibrant golden fruit and minerals. The finish expands in the mouth and persists. Full palate presence. Beautiful texture and balance of fruit to acid. This is a wine that will pay off with complexity with aging to me. Everything is there for an absolutely great Clos des Perrieres. Wow.
