March 30, 2024 - My fourth time having this wine. Just phenomenal value. Ripe cali tree fruits but interesting vanilla curd notes as well. The palate is not heavy or viscous but instead medium bodied, very concentrated and bright with acid. I bought out the rest of the store. In a sweet spot right now and drink in the next 1-2 years. 92-93pts.

January 13, 2024 - Really solid value, well balanced crisp Chardonnay drinking well right now, might be reaching end of its life.

August 10, 2023 - Bruised and ripe red apple with a hint of white peach and underripe pineapple. Bitter almonds, lemon oil, marzipan, petrichor, and a distinctive herbal parsley note. Medium plus body, medium plus acidity, round texture with extremely well integrated alcohol. Great finish hanging on the almond and parsley stems. Drank from coravin with sushi from Lawrence Fish Market with Katie at home.

July 21, 2023 - Very impressed with this wine. At first on the nose this smells like another overripe cali chard. Vanilla cream, banana, pineapple, toasted almond, even some tangerine peel, However, the palate really blew me away. It was bright, uplifting, somewhat weightless, with great concentration. The fruit was still ripe chardonnay, but the structure and mouthfeel of this wine was so different from ripe cali chardonnay. For me, its like all the positives of ripe cali chard without the negatives. Ripe fruit profile, concentrated, but light on its feet, with refreshing acid that works in concert with the rest of the palate. The oak is well handled too, with enough to impart complexity but not so much as to be overwhelming. I feel confident saying this is the best $20 chardonnay I've had, and its honestly not close. The producer and the abv tipped me off that this could be something with good value, but this far exceeded my expectations. I will be buying more. 91-92. Drink now-2028.
