April 27, 2024 - From 75cl, perfect cork, opened but not decanted 1 hour, best at about 11C, started to fade 2 hours after opening. This outstanding Provencal rosé offers real vinous quality in addition to the herbal action, fun colour and nice holiday-feeling supplied by the competition. There's a complex soft-red-fruit core, flanked by reticent but suggestive Southern French cornucopia scent and an unusually fine mineral backbone. A great pairing with seafood pasta (garlic, saffron, no cream). Mature now, but no hurry. 91P
