March 12, 2023 - Même sur un domaine talentueux je ne suis décidément pas fan de ce cépage. Nez timide, bouche rustique, malgré les efforts, le vin reste fermé, austère, simple, et les promesses limitées. Un vin d’automne, épicé, strict, acidulé, et.. un peu ennuyeux à mon goût.
